Warranties : Deals4Kids.co.nz warranty policy covers products for 3 months from the purchase date. Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse or general wear and tear are not covered by our warranty policy.

Returns : We do not accept returns except where the basis of the return is covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act.

Exchange : Please choose carefully as we are unable to exchange product once we have received your order unless your request for exchange is covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act.

Once you've submitted your order no changes can be made to the order (This includes but is not limited to colours, types, quantities and sizes).

Contact Us First
Please make sure to contact us through e-mail with any claims for warranties or returns before you send the product back to us.

Note : Due to copyright laws a refund is only available for the following products if the products are deemed to be defective at the point at which you receive them;

• CD’s
• DVD’s

Unforeseen Circumstances : If due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to deliver your order, we will contact you and offer either of the following options :

• An e-store credit for the full value of your purchase (including freight) or
• A full refund (including freight).
